Sessions available Monday - Saturday. 60 - 90 mins. Group bookings (3+ athletes) available on request.
One session gives you data. Two or more sessions a month unlocks monitoring, motor skills testing, a supervised programme and an additional free session. Applies to all sports.
* Team pricing applies to any sport. A minimum of 2 sessions/month is required to unlock monitored sessions and the supervised training programme. For professional or competitive teams seeking consistent development, a frequency of 1–3 sessions per week is advised. Contract-based agreements and alternative arrangements (including performance assessments) are available upon discussion.
